SL Roofing is a team of roofing installation and repair experts. We are dedicated to giving the best construction experience for every client. We are happy to provide quality work for home maintenance and stand behind our work. As we continue growing in 2024 we are seeking someone who can join our team working in Orange County and LA County help us to achieve our planned growth through understanding our services and the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales quotas on a regular basis
Skills:
- Bi-lingual Mandarin or Spanish preferred but not required
- Experience in construction industry, preferably in roofing and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve favorable terms
- 2 years experience with in person sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales activities
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
